Kevin O'Brien practices commercial and contractual law, with a specialization in real estate transactions, such as acquisitions, dispositions, sale-lease-backs, leasing and conflict resolution.

Before opening his boutique law firm, Mr. O'Brien acquired more than fifteen years of practical experience, working for reputed national and provincial law firms, multinational corporations and major real estate developers in Montreal.

Today, Mr. O'Brien represents clients operating across a wide range of fields, including retailers, restaurants, developers, brokers, manufacturers and distributors, counselling them on a myriad of commercial matters and conflicts, from agency agreements, supply, distribution and service contracts, to franchising and real estate issues.

Known for his expertise in commercial real estate law, Mr. O'Brien is a frequent speaker at reputed legal and industry conferences, such as the International Council of Shopping Centers, Insight, Federated Press and Open Forum Ouvert.
